Resumen
Para evaluar la efectividad de los sistemas láser no ablativos en el rejuvenecimiento facial, se realizó un estudio descriptivo prospectivo en ocho pacientes femeninas. Se aplicó láser Nd: YAG 1064 nm en la mitad izquierda del rostro y una combinación de Nd: YAG 1064 nm con bioestimulantes en la derecha. El procedimiento con Nd: YAG incluyó tres pasadas (12 J/cm², 0,5 ms) y aplicación punto a punto (50 J/cm², 50 ms). Posteriormente, se administraron 2 mL de bioestimulador intradérmico con aguja 32g x 4 mm en seis sesiones. Se realizó análisis fotográfico y evaluación cegada por hemicara con escalas de clasificación global. Los resultados mostraron una mejoría de arrugas de moderadas (1-2) a leves (<1), más pronunciada con Nd: YAG y bioestimuladores (p<0,0001). Se observaron mejoras en textura, flacidez, hiperpigmentación y vascularización. La escala GAIS indicó que el 54,2% mejoró y el 29,2% significativamente. Hubo reducción significativa en la banda hipoecoica subdérmica. Se concluye que el láser Nd: YAG es eficaz y potencia la penetración cutánea de bioestimuladores.
