Abstract

Facial sagging and localized fat lead patients to seek non-surgical aesthetic alternatives. Laser platforms, particularly the 1470nm diode laser with the endolaser technique in the middle and lower facial areas, have proven effective. This case series study included 9 patients with aging classified as Glogau II-IV and Merz 0-4. Results, assessed through photographic and ultrasound records, showed significant improvements in the zygomatic, mandibular, and submental regions, as well as an increase in dermis and hypodermis thickness and density, with statistically significant changes in the right zygomatic and submental areas (p<0.05). All patients expressed satisfaction. The study concludes that endolaser is an effective, minimally invasive, painless procedure with rapid recovery, making it an excellent option for addressing facial sagging and localized fat.
